Condition: This rug was featured in the "Weavings of War" traveling exhibition from 2005 - 2008.
It is unusual to have a pictorial rug woven in sumac. There is a specular street scene in the middle.

Sheen: Shiny and translucent
Handle: Very floppy
Fringe: One inch navy kilim, One band red and yellow weft brocade, one inch natural wool kilim, overhand knots. Damage on bottom right, overhand knots missing
Pile: Sumac
