Condition: Very good condition overall. The colors have a Mushwani flavor, but this is probably a Taimani rug given its structure and use of white. This design looks to be a copy of this pattern
Wool: Very good, nice luster, The brown wool in the border has a different texture than the other colors.
Sheen: Very good especially for a rug from the early 2000s
Handle: More stiff than typical Baluchi floppy
Selvedge: Well done braided goat hair with good coverage of terminal warps.
Fringe: Looks like some genius pulled out the kilim end because the warps are slightly dyed and crinkly and closed with Persian closure.
Pile: 6mm
Warp: Grey 2S wool warps
Weft: Double wefted: one dark grey one red
