Condition: This Red War Rug is a rich burgundy tone, with an abrash throughout. The design elements of the different tanks really pop because of the color choices. The AK's are more muted in their mustard and brown tones.

Wool: Thick, dense and soft.

Sheen: Good

Handle: Strong side of floppy.

Selvedge: Two cord red overcast.

Fringe: Half inch kilim, plain weave, with two inch fringe.

Pile: 1mm

Warp: Sandy cotton

Weft: Double wefted red cotton

Warp Depression: Medium warp depression with warps offset about 45 degrees.
