Beautiful abrash in the blue field. Strong color comes out from the shiny wool on the border. 2/3
This group is defined by more square proportions, different - more even - abrash in the field, a warmer red in the border, and the border color on the selvedge.

Sheen: Good
Handle: Thick, very durable.
Selvedge: Two cord flat with border color. Right hand selvedge outer shoot is very thick, almost looking like singe cord overcast.
Fringe: Short, Persian closure
Pile:
Warp: White cotton. Rightmost four inches has different stretchy texture.
Weft: Double light grey or buff
Warp Depression: Like wide wale corduroy, big knots with offset warps creates ridges.
