Most of the rugs on warrug have been in inventory since 2002. To keep them pristine they are packed with moth balls. Moth balls have a strong scent that remains in the rug for a time. If you would like us to air out your rug before shipping, let us know, otherwise please be aware your rug may arrive smelling of moth balls. Thank you for your consideration.
