These vegetal dye Peshawar rugs are simply beautiful, and this war rug is a great example. The wool and wash is gorgeous, the colors are lush and have nice abrash, and it has a rich luster. In addition there is a nice variety of color, and the dark color frames the rug well. The war motifs are attractively laid out throughout the composition.

Hand spinning preserves the natural oils in the wool which ads luster and protects the wool as well as making the wool softer to the touch.
