This is a very unique and quirky rug most characterized by the rows of expressive camels along the borders on the top and bottom of the rug. In contrast, the center of the border is composed of trucks, helicopters, planes, and tanks.
The field shows a large pool of water in the center with gardens and buildings radiating out from the center.
Closely related to these two rugs in both style and in terms of the figures depicted: 10010 and 888. The camels are similar in shape as well as the combination of old cavalry with new.
There is unfortunately some moth damage on the bottom half of this rug. |
