Red Rug with Two Poppies on Bottom Left |
Exhibited at: |
|
New condition. This is an informative rug. The plants on the bottom left are poppies. The other plants are less distinctly shaped and a motif we see on many rugs. All the flowers look like the two, more clearly rendered examples, on the bottom. From this we can deduce, that common, yet less distinct image, which we see often, is also a poppy. |
