In the trade this kind or rug is called a vegetal dye Peshawar. With the exception of a few small productions this style does not come with war motifs. These rugs are modern vegetal (rug word for vegetable) dye and the wool from Ghazni and is spun by hand. These rugs are intensely washed to bring out the abrash and give the rugs a more antique look.
Wool: Excellent. Top grade. Spun by hand. Hand spinning preserves the natural oils, called lanolin, in the wool.
